On August 1 st, we launched our new public website:

tỷ lệ kèo bóng đá trực tuyến

and a new website for medical staff:

Our website was developed in partnership with patients and residents of Vancouver Island and the surrounding regions. It's accessible, mobile friendly and flexible to help us evolve with our communities as we work towards excellent health and care for everyone, everywhere, every time.

Come visit the new sites and update your bookmarks. This www. tỷ lệ kèo bóng đá trực tuyến site will continue to be available for one month so that our staff and partners have time to update their links to the new site. You can still browse the old site but it will no longer be updated.

Building for Health

By building for health, we are working toward our vision of providing the best care and service to the people served by Island Health, no matter where they live or how they access our services.

We recognize that as demands on our health care system increase, we need to implement an innovative system-wide response that not only increases capacity, but improves the way we deliver care.

On this page you will find links to information about construction projects that will ensure we continue to meet the needs of the communities we serve, as close to home as possible. We are striving to build centres of excellence that focus on:

  • patient care and safety
  • quality of life of Island Health residents
  • innovative and efficient use of technology
  • partnerships and investment
  • environmentally responsible design

North Island Hospital Project

We're making progress on our plans to develop a new hospital on Northern Vancouver Island – one campus in Campbell River and the other campus in the Comox Valley. The $606.2 million North Island Hospital Project will see the new 95-bed Campbell River & District Campus built at the site of the current Campbell River Hospital, located on 2nd Avenue. The new 153-bed Comox Valley Campus will be built on land near Lerwick and Ryan roads in Courtenay. Completion of the hospital is slated for fall 2017.  Learn more about the North Island Hospital Project.
