Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is a set of guidelines intended to support ethical behaviour and decision making for all employees at Island Health.

Working with the Executive Team, the Board of Directors ensures patients receive the best care possible within an affordable, sustainable health care system.

Taxpayer Accountability

The Taxpayer Accountability Principles enhance public sector governance, increase accountability, promote cost control, and ensure the provincial public sector organizations operate in the best interest of the taxpayers.

Patient Surveys
